Hello. I am buying a town claim, just state your offer. I have already checked the town and determined that the only owner has been offline for over a year. I will pm the name of the town to be claimed as soon as the transaction is complete.
To be 100% honest, I completely forgot about this, considering it is 1/3 of a year old I am truthfully unsure of how much I'd be willing to pay for this. Offer? I also see you are not a tycoon yet. Were you planning on getting the rank? Also, if I were to buy a town claim, I would probably hold off on using it until I found a good town to get. I don't remember the name of the town I was thinking of back then.
