[Buying a Town]

I am looking to buy a town, and have specific criteria below:

1. You do not need to be the original owner if the original owner has no locks in the town.
2. If you are the original owner you must be willing to remove your locks.
3. My budget is 60k, so you must be asking less than that for your town.

Those are all the specific criteria. I do not care if the town is flat (I prefer it to NOT be flat). I don't care how many residents or LWC's the town has either, as long as there are no locks from the original/legal owner. And finally, I would prefer it to be in Legacy, however I would consider a town in Rising as well.
