I will make a contract/ transfer this town to myself after it has been created. I also decide where it's placed/what it's named. In return I will pay the full 85k for mayor or 180k for president.

No thanks, what I'm looking for is someone who's willing to give up their mayor or president town in exchange for the rank, so I give them the money to rank up and they make the town in the place/with the name I want.

 

Yeah I'll pay you the entire rank cost, and make a contract with the info of town name/coords.
