[Buying] Effy10 Axe

Hello! I'm looking to buy an Effy-10 axe.
Im also looking to buy 1500 N-Stars (They are basically the same thing )
I'm willing to pay $500,000 ECD down then 300k in three weeks.
I'm open to counter offers but I don't want to go that much higher in price.
Please reply down below if you would consider selling.
