Buying End Rods, Possibly Sea Lanterns

Hey ECCers,

I'm looking for at least a stack of end rods to finish the main area lighting in my massive World Trade Center project at /warp Regalis. I don't have a set number of Sea Lanterns, as they're quite expensive, and I'm trying to keep their use fairly minimal. I'm using them for lighting in certain areas of the Windows on the World restaurant atop Tower 1. Let me know what your rates are and I'll get back with you!
