    ok its 100x150, flat, has a canal, a few plots, a nearby portal, LOTS of open space, and my casino.

    I would like 15-20k or so.... and you're promise that i will still be able to operate my casino at my liberty even though you will own the town, that being said, I won't break any of you're rules or anything. And I would be willing to sign a contract
