Station 31 (5th row blue) and Station 86 (5th row green) are available for rent right now, as there are no current owners.
I also know that xX3 is selling that 5th row red shop. Also, @Imabankthing is selling a last row shop (blue) - trust me, I own a shop right off the redmarket2 warp sign and it brings in an excellent amount of money. Don't underestimate shops right after the back warp signs either :p -

@ChargerBoltz5 thanks for the tag. I am indeed selling station7 and willing to accept 50k plus rent for it. Only reason I am selling is to put more time into my town store over the coming weeks.
