Buying Residents - Mayor

I will be buying residents, mayor in exchange for the town.

Rules of this transaction is;

I will pay you 85k for mayor in exchange I will choose where to have the town, what the town is called and have full ownership of the town (you will be removed and I build what I wish on the land provided)

I will be creating a contract for this which will also give me full rights to transfer the town to my name at any point (which I will pay for also) You will not be allowed to request to add yourself back to the town.
