I am creating a 400x400 town. I will be buying 4 residents "Mayor". Please apply below if you are a RESIDENT and would like me to buy your mayor town. If selected, I will write a contract that includes me paying you maximum $85,000, and you giving up all the rights of your town to me, such as being able to add anyone to it, or be a member yourself. In other words, I will become the sole owner and member of the town, and have total control over it forever. Also, you will be required to add any portals that I may need to the town, which I will pay for of course. LOL, I believe the point of him buying you Mayor is so he can get 100% complete control of your Mayor town. Definitely not if you feel like giving it to him or not.
