As some of you saw in game, I'm looking to buy a town for one of my projects.
For this, I'd prefer:
* Non-Flat
* Relatively Non-Developed
* Pre-Existing Warp
* Seller to be Official Owner
I can pay up front.
Please leave any offers here with town name and whether the town has a warp / meets other criteria.
Thanks :)

1. Inverness. Due NW of Lancaster. Mountainous, completely undeveloped, but no warp.
2. Fogden. Due NE of Lancaster. Flatter, undistinguished, has some crap that would need demolished, no warp.
3. Zenith. Perfect for you. Has warp and a little house you would have to tear down. Price: $5,000,000.
If either of the first two interest you, let me know. They touch the NW and NE corners of Lancaster proper. If it wasn't for the warp, I would think Inverness might be perfect. I always meant to build a castle there.-

I have the town of Arazyn, right next to my SarialleSayth. I literally have not touched it since I got it back when Rising was minutes old. None of my Rising towns currently have warps however.
