I and @MCHelix3000 are looking to sell the town 'CampusTown' for 70,000 - 75,000 ECD. Has portal, although the original owner is inactive. Will clean up LWCs in the town beforehand on request if you would like to purchase the town.

 

Hey, I have a town I want to sell. I'll post town link when I get on my laptop later on today. It's the city of FarFarAway. It is set up to sell plots, has some houses already built, a pvp arena and a decently sized melon farm. If you're interested in checking it out let me know. Nobody lives there at the moment

i am selling the town tbm_town original owner never comes on anymore and i got mayor so i want to sell it wanting 45-50k for it and will do deal as long as yetorland gets to stay having perms as he is working with me and too attached to the town
