    Thinking of selling the president town of Dorkborough. It has a portal, an amazing detailed stone brick wall that is probably the best on ecc, two large mansions, one worth much more than 80k! I am in the middle of building a large second mansion and there are also two voxel art homes one of a creeper and one of a zombie! Liveable voxel art! All of these impressive features, and theres even more! @dork1877 has a few double chests here, that if you ever wanted to claim this town, would most likely contain star rods and precious materials. I am asking a price range of around 125k+

    The rest of the town that is not full of cool stuff is all flat!

    There's no way that's what this town is worth, I'm sorry. First of all, that mansion cannot be worth $80,000. It's just large, minimal detail and the lack of a vault hurts its value. The voxel art homes are fine. Promising the possibility of rare items from @dork1877 is stupid, as his main town was already claimed with all of his items, so there won't be anything here. Plus, star rods didn't exist when he played here -.-
    I would give you $40,000 at most for this town.
