    Hello, I'm looking to buy towns with some specific requirements. I'd like to purchase towns that have lots of LWCs (I enjoy doing them), buildings (not a requirement but nice), and mostly inactive town citizens.     Does this town have LWCs to be removed?: I am almost positive it does.
    Does this town have buildings to be removed?: Yes
    Are the citizens inactive?: There are a few active (1 or 2). Most are inactive.
    Does this town have a portal, pvp arena, etc...?: Top floor portal. No pvp arena. No chat channel or anything else of that matter.
    How much would you like for this town?: 150k

    Sorry no, because my computer is terrible large farms are like anvildash repellant.
