Do you have an unneeded or inactive town that you don't use anymore? I might be interested in buying it!

My requirements:
>Must be 200x200
>Cannot be built over water
>Does not need to have any special town features, however they are a plus
>Preferable for seller to be orig. owner or for town to be claimable
>Does not need to be flat
>Should not have lots of luxuries since I'm not looking to spend a huge amount. If you have an elite town for the richest of the rich, I probably am not interested in it.
>The less developed, the better, but this isn't a really big deal when choosing a town.
