So as many residents have Town before hitting mayor, they don't need the town when they rank up, yet they want the rank! so here's my deal:
I'll help in your RankUp to Mayor for your town, i'll pay somewhat around 35-45K!
my Rules are simple! require less, win the money! and you put the town where i want it :S Please
--The money I pay for the rank is all the money i'm gonna pay ya, no more for the town after..--
