    I'm looking to give a resident the money to rank up to mayor in exchange for their town.

    I would provide you the entire 85k necessary for you to rank up to mayor, or if you are ranking up to president I will pay 85k, and in return you would place your town where I require, and then transfer ownership of it to me once placed. yes I did steal this from outerlocal :3
