Attention: Calare is now under full ownership of mrcreeper55 and shadoweclipex. Our good friend, rikari88, has given us these permissions. We do not know if his return will come. For now, we will perhaps keep calare under it's current state, although we will try to add things that rikari88 never finished. Thank you.

I will NOT change rikari88's order of the plots nor build new ones. I will although be removing inactive players. I now run 3 towns and am a co-owner of another. Running Calare has now put bigger responsibility on me but I plan to take that responsibility. I cannot promise the same ways of running a town that rikari did, as I can well see that we both have different opinions on towns.
Other plans: I plan to restart rikari's in-town ranks. This will be done when shadoweclipex and I have made the town somewhat active again. Co-Mayor applications may even possibly go up.
The town farm will soon be turned into a melon/wheat farm. It will still have the same entry fees that rikari88 had.
As I said earlier, I now run 3 towns and am a co-owner of another. I decided to take the offer of running Calare knowing that this is bringing me very much success. But even as I plan my future, I plan the future of Calare and hope to finish rikari88's dream to make an amazing town. Thank you. -

Hello everyone,
I am back after 5 months of being gone. As it appears, the town has dwindled dramatically. So now I am letting all of you know that I am removing those who have been inactive for, at most, 2 months unless you let me know. Those who have been gone for longer will be removed. I will wait for a maximum of 24 hours from this post for those people to respond to this. I will tag anyone that has been gone for 2 months or less so they can either stay or clear out.
Calare is my town again and it's time to change it up a bit since nobody is really around anymore and it helps me get my original plans under way.
I hope at least some of you come back.

This is the list of people that need to come claim their items or claim their homes again. Anyone I haven't added will be added later. Anyone that wants to stay in Calare will be moved up to my skisland. Alright, besides Shadow and halfbakeddd, not a one of you has come online. Therefore, all your possessions will rightfully belong to the town. I have given you all more than adequate time to respond and only Shadow and halfbakeddd has. If you log in after this and find that your stuff is missing, I am not obligated to return any of it, however, I will be willing to help you start again.

As of today, everyone has been evicted. Calare now had no residents residing in it.
Additionally, due to some significant raiding done by my previous co-owner, a lot of rare mats and items have been stolen. Either way, any items you have had in this town has been confiscated and added to the town's treasure room.
