Hi! I'm @Nick_A_Naut. So I recently sold my town and whatnot so I could help my friend @CemCrazy with her town (she left for ages and I missed her), so we did a big cleanup, but today we had a slight problem?
Kia2012 IS NOT A FAKE NAME! at least i think its not...
Why can't I remove her?!?!?
Now I am sure that she has just been offline for ages, and that the server is like "oh yeah I remember kia wasn't removed in the town, I'll show her!", but when you remove her the servers like "Uh, she is inactive so I think she quit, you don't need to know about her! move along,

I would recommend to take a look at the tinyurl.com/ECCCommonBugs sticky thread in this forum section, one of the spoilers has answered this very question already. :)
It is possible that a player has changed their name. Please refer to www.namemc.com to find out whether the player has changed their name. If they did, try removing different usernames that are listed for the player in question. Alternatively, you can use /rg rm <Townname> <The user's UUID> as removing the user by their UUID can fix it as well. -
