Many players play minecraft for the mini-games, we have hunger games and PvP and that's it. Yes, we do have Minerun and player run events but those don't attract players. If capture the flag is implemented this would definately attract more players to ECC and I don't think it would cause much lag.

The lag is destroying this suggestion. I love the idea but the reality is that the lag it would cause is crazy. SG has crashed the server in the past and this would only increase the chances. Sounds fun but won't happen.

No, I feel like the hunger games is already enough in the way of mini games. This is really an economy server not a mini game server so in going to have to -1 this.

There's 8 hunger games arenas and I rarely lag anymore. In fact, I lag more on singleplayer then I do on ECC.
As soon as the bugs are worked out I don't see how capture the flag can add more lag.

As for mini-games, I don't see any fear of that happening.
We only have one mini-game, that's SG. There are no other server official mini-games. Two mini-games will not make us a mini-game server.

I don't consider pvp, spleef, or anything else to be mini-games, because it's just Minecraft elements.

 

+1, I've played CTF and it's more fun than survival games because your kits don't dictate who wins the game :D

+1 i would definatley play this i have played it on many other servers and it is the most amazing mini game. I dont play sg so i think this would be a good addition.

CTF with kits would be interesting, but I think it would need no kits so that people who don't like kits in SG have a place to lean back on if they want some fun way to earn money- this is coming from a SG kit user, no kits in CTF, just CTF!

 

I love CTF way more than SG.
