General Purpose of Contract:
to ensure the fair and proper transfer of ownership of the town casino

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to give harryhaz1 13 stacks of nether stas, one full set of prot4 cain armor, 1 fort3 unb3 eff5 daxe,1 eff5 unb3 st1 dshovel,1 unb3 eff4 st1 dpick, and my head, for the sole and unalienable ownership of the town casino. basically the town in its entirety will be mine to do with what i wish

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
harryhaz1 will agree to the relinquishing of ownership of the town casino and will not try to reclaim the town under any circumstance without my(eben48) consent and approval.
