Really sorry but I'm gonna change the rules a bit. There are going to be different stages in the auction, and stage 1 will end on the 10th of Feburary Eastern Pacific time! There will be more and more stages untill not a lot of people are bidding anymore, and this rule and all others are subject to change.
Stages? how many stages to a round of bidding could you need? Don't you usually make a deadline cut off time or if the last bid was 24 hours ago or something? I'm curious about this stages business.
You do realize you cannot "fine" people, right? There is no precedent for punishing people who do not pay up on forum-based auctions.
Sorry guys, I see this isnt very popular. I will try to remove the thread and if I can't the auction is officially off. And sorry to all the people whose hopes I got up - I didn't realize you thought it was actually notch's head.
