    Welcome to the official Cloud & Company Thread. Cloud & Company is a small organization that specializes in many things and is slowly growing. My people and Myself are looking for work, selling things, trading things, doing loans and rentals. Below you will find everything we are doing and who/how to contact for that specific department.

    Plots, Apartments, Condos, and Pre-Built Purchasing:
    Thornton:/Warp Thornton , Res+ only town built naturally with odd shaped nicely designed plots. Town features a small farm meant for making food for residents of the town. Mayor - OctavianCloud

    Reaganville: /Warp Reaganville , All are welcome here. Plots are expensive as you can make your own apartments and become co-mayor to rent them out for yourself. Town features a gigantic farm meant for profit. Hard to obtain a plot here but there are currently a couple for sale by different people. Town is very active compared to most. Mayor - OctavianCloud

    DiamondBay: /Warp DiamondBay , Town is currently being remodeled but there are apartments available for purchase, great starter homes for builders. Mayor - xCudstuts Co-Mayors - Minecraftguy65, OctavianCloud

    Oasis City:/Warp Oasis_Farms , Town built on a desert with lovely architecture all around. Has fairly large plots for sale. Mayor - Jacob43365 Co-Mayors - OctavianCloud, 314, Qohonez, Ruty938

    Stratus: No warp at this time can get there via /warp thornton and walk through the west gate. This is a Merchant only town. There are no plots, you can custom build a store to fit the natural landscape. No basements allowed. Underneath the Town is a giant vault with rentable vault space.     Farm Perms
    Reaganville and Oasis Farms have massive farms with permissions for sale contact me to purchase perms.

    Terraforming:
    We do custom terraforming jobs. You want a town leveled flat we can do that, want a mountain removed or built, we can do that. Just ask and we can probably do what you need. Prices and time for completion may vary wildly. As with all Services of Cloud & Co you must pay upfront, we do not work out payment plans of any kind and terraforming is a semi costly thing as it usually requires a team of people to complete most major jobs.

    Vaults:
    You can have a custom sized vault built in the city of Stratus (warp coming soon). They are obsidian lined and can be either purchased or rented and prices vary by size you require. PM OctavianCloud for more details. My vaults are extra secure in that no one besides a handful of trusted partners have permissions to the town at all. Not even vault owners will besides on a temp basis to set the chests up and locks on doors. I have unlimitedlwc feature which ill used to secure the entirety of your vaults obsidian casing that is in a subterranean area with no external access (only get in via teleport by me or a partner). This area is still under construction check back here soon or contact me in game if you wish to rent or purchase a vault, rentals will be by the week or month, purchase will cost more but youll own the vault unless inactive for a period of time, forever vaults will be offered also and will be super expensive but will forever be yours to store your stuff in what will be the most secure place in the game to store items.

    Co-Mayorship:
    Need someone to help sell plots or help with the day to day operations of your town(s). Im your man. Ill put your information on this post which is part of my in game advertising but ill also try and match up potential citizens with the right towns for them based on all the towns im co mayor of. Send me a message on here or /mail or pm me in game to discuss terms. I refuse to spend my own money to upgrade your town so dont bother asking for half the cost of a warp or pvp area. I charge 50% of anything i bring in for this job. I sell a plot for 2k, 1k goes to each of us. I prefer you set up a trade sign for me to deposit money into for this reason. I also accept nstars in exchange for plots in all towns and will pay the half price out of my own pocket if im paid via nstars. Here is a list of some of the services I do as a co mayor but its not everything:

    1. Bring in new members to the town via selling plots, pre builts, apartments, farm perms or renting perms to whatever you have to offer.
    2. I may participate in large building projects in between running my own personal business in ECC but will not commit to one full time unless paid to do so.
    3. Ill file reports for griefing and lwc removals on a as needed basis.
    4. I do a quick fly through of each town each day to look for grief and people building outside their plotted areas.
    5. If anyone breaks a rule in your town and i catch it ill immediately remove their perms and let you know what i seen and provide screenshots of everything for you to use as you please.
    6. At this time im one of if not the most active user on the server so this is a heck of a bargain for mayors looking to fill up a town or rent/sell perms to a farm/casino/amusementpark/etc.

    Star Tool Rentals:
    Currently i have none to rent but will eventually. Stay tuned to this post for updates on that venture.

    Feature Usage:
    Down in my signature you can see all the features i have. I use them on a donation basis. The more you donate the more likely i am to drop everything and run to you everytime you call. Those that dont donate i may not come when asked if im busy. So if you want me to come do repairs or make elevators or whatever basically make sure its worth my time and ill always be there, taking advantage of my free feature sharing just annoys me but once in a while repairing all your stuff is no big deal just dont make it every couple minutes and youll stay on my good side :p

    Offline 11 days and some change so far, your at 4 and some change. I havent really done anything in the town lately cause cud said he wanted to redo plots and the apartments arent selling very easily, but so far no grief that i can see which is nice.

    He was on earlier, didnt get to talk to him to long but i may have missed some messages been insanely busy basically one man operation of a empire in the making going on lol (though i do have plenty of help also). Laying the groundworks for this post though will even have a town to serve as a private base of operations for all projects. Just trying to get it all in order and ready to go before i officially launch part 3 of this and upgrade from a LLC to a full on corporation lol.

    Appreciate the offer, but have two natural towns already in the works one owned by me one owned by @moomoomage

    I could probably build some pre builts for you to flip and turn a profit on but dont personally care to purchase plots to do so when i have so many areas already i can do that in :p

    Updated main post, vaults are about ready to go online and pricing for them will be up before to long. Thornton and Reaganville are now under my ownership. Casino being built in Stratus which perms to host in will be sold before to long as well. Stores will start opening up in Stratus as well. If interested in opening a store in Stratus contact me, there are no sized plots, you tell me how big your looking to go with it and build your own store there for a monthly fee that we will work out in game and based on how big of a area you take up in the town. It will be something like 1k a month for a spawnshop/market sized area that youll pay via a trade sign.

    Vaults will be both permanent ownership and monthly rental. Perm ones will cost a lot. Area will be the most secure place to store stuff as ill personally lock each piece of obsidian around your vault if you perm buy, if monthly you will be renting shared chests in a vault only other person with access will be me (allowing me to make sure they stay locked and secured as im very active) and failure to pay for continued upkeep will mean the contents become mine after a week notice both in game and on forums to give you time to clear your contents, rented vaults will not be completely sealed, perm vaults will be with /home being your only way inside them so make sure to have multihome or be willing to use your only home to get inside. This will make them 100% secure. So no one can get into your chests even if unlocked which at the moment has been a problem for many people. Ill offer insurance on contents of my vaults but you have to be able to prove what was in them and logs have to be able to back it up.
