I have built several properties since coming back to ECC and enjoy doing so, so i decided i might as well get paid good for my services and offer them to a wider audience.

My pricing varies wildly based on what you want, the materials being the largest factor (i farm my own materials and keep much on hand). I take payments in nstars and value them at 500$ for the purpose of trading for work or property (see below).

I prefer not to take on to many large scale buildings or town clean ups but do offer both services. I have a few people who will work with me to level a town though and it dont come cheap especially if you want mountains taken out and dirt placed.

CloudCo will soon be opening up some stores as well. So watch for those in the near future. They will not be at the spawn market, but will be located close to /warps

CloudCo also offers plots, apartments, condos, and many other forms of property rentals both empty and pre-built and with varying prices and locations. You can PM or /mail OctavianCloud to find out more but the current towns with available property are:
Thornton (/warp Thornton) (res+ only, natural looking with incredible houses and large unique plots). Reaganville (/warp reaganville), (hosts a huge coco farm and many skyscrapers with rooms for purchase/rent, you can also just rent perms to the farms and if lucky enough even put up your own apartments/condos).
Diamondbay(/warp diamondbay) (a town currently undergoing construction but has much to offer including condos, pvp, and shops).
Oasis_City (/warp oasis farm) (this area is multiple towns combined and offers large plots)
Soon to be available a 200x200 farm with all crops. No warp yet, but does have a town next to it contact Baseballisgolden to purchase plots to be near the farm and work out perms.
