    It's called a "Signature"
    Right next to [Conversations] where it says your name, hover over the name with the mouse and a menu will appear. The 2nd option on the left column is called "Signature"
    Clikc on that, and it will take you to a page where you can edit your signature. Be sure to hit "save changes" before you leave.

    :D Great! Now to have that on your signature, you have to upload it to a site online (preferably imgur) and right click to click the "Copy Picture URL" and post the picture.
