I Zeno78, have 8 towns that I have no idea of there current states. All I assume is that they are dead. Here is all the info I can give you: newleaf : 839,0,-489 -> 1039,255,-289 (my main town and used to be popular) berne : 839,0,-690 -> 1039,255,-490 (connected to newleaf) greenleaf : -359,0,2638 -> -159,255,2838 rusicade : 638,0,-390 -> 838,255,-490 (connected near or to newleaf) oldleaf : 839,0,-288 -> 1039,255,-88 (connected near or to newleaf) dogtown : 1040,0,-489 -> 1240,255,-289 (connected near or to newleaf) vacaville : 1040,0,-690 -> 1240,255,-490 (connected near or to newleaf) sustantivo : -7350,0,-2657 -> -7150,255,-2457 So what do I do with them. I am not a regular player anymore. I like to stop in and say hey and talk with the OG guys. Newleaf is off the table unless you can convince me otherwise... but All towns are up for management. I have no money and will not put up any money but also don't want any money for the work.
Like I said above I cannot provide any monies to the sale transfer etc... You are responsible for everything.. Also keep in mind that if the town doesn't have a portal it will most likely never have a portal.. I'll get portals but you'll have to pay for them and do all the work posting etc... I cannot be relied upon for upkeep etc.. I just hate to see things unused.... also keep in mind I believe I have an 400 x 600 area all together.. So if one person with enough money can make a large large area.. Not positive if its a true rectangle thou.. Up to buyer to find out.

I am a very active player, and I can get a town up and running again, as well as I will become Mayor soon.
Is there any possibility I can take sustantivo and you log on and give me mayor/comayor? Or can you not get on?
IF you want, I can keep control and upkeep any of your towns while you are gone, until you become a regular again on ecc. i have been playing for 14 months. And dont' see myself going away anytime soon. Please consider my ownership. Thanks.
I would like the town rusicade. I am very active and looking to become Mayor. I am currently purchasing the town of marina. I will make rusicade a serverwide name!
ASauer you must be at least president in order to buy any towns from players unless you sell ur first town you automatically get when making your mayor app.
ASauer Yes you can buy a town only if the mayor has sold their existing town which seems pointless to me.
Pancakesplatter That's the thing, he owns his first town and bought a second and he is a mayor, so I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to take a town from Zeno78 and get it running. MBK is a res and he bought a town....
Pancakesplatter you can in fact own multiple towns when you are as low a rank as resident. I gave my resident friend 3 towns.. I have no idea what you are talking about.
