Hey ECC!
so this is just a the basic info and review so far, and i'd be glad if some could rate/review this..
I have a 200X200 Farm region which is under construction.. so far i have 95% flattened with StoneBricks, and 5 completely placed dirt rows, and about 3 rows with pumpkins growing and ready to be harvested..
I have another town right next door which has a portal, and i have TP as well, so reaching the Farm won't be a problem!
Now what i'm posting for is:
1) i need to know what should i do with the farm exactly; meaning: should i have it only pumpkin/melon farm, all an all crops farm, either way pumpkin will be 2 floors at least, and melon one floor.
Also what would be a good price for the Co-owner to pay!?
2)I need a Co-owner! *Not A Job* He'll have to pay me a certain amount of money, and he'll have to help building too, not when i'm online only... the job will be separated equally depending on the pay he pays! the higher pay with the less work! also he gets to stay a Co-owner even after the farm is done -though i'll try to be always adding floor- and to sell permissions.
Important Note: Permissions will be sold on monthly/weekly bases, therefore a thread will be Posted for the farm once finished where people get to apply there, a max number of people with perms might be applied as well. Failing to keep up and/or not doing your part of the building and/or not adding the people to the thread or removing them from the thread and town accordingly will get you removed With no Refunds!
This isn't open for builders nor most of the residents,sorry i just don't think they are long enough on the server to be trusted!
No price has been set yet! and if someones says he's willing to pay a really high price, it doesn't give him higher chances to be picked

Just some further information, I am tired of not being able to hire cocoa workers due to not having add/remove abilities in the town I live in. I am willing to supervise and complete the building of any number of requested floors. I am hoping to have access to a plot at a reasonable price around 80x60 with a height of 15 or 30 for a personal cocoa farm. I enjoy farming and would gladly help to prevent griefing of the property and to help resolve any that does occur. I have never signed a contract for ECC before and would need to be directed how to do so. -
about the plot, i believe i can get you such a plot in the town next door, price will be around 8K, i hope it's good, and i still haven't decided about Co-owner thing :S
