Hi all, I'm selling a small, art deco themed coal power plant I built a few months ago and recently replaced with a much bigger nuclear power plant in my neighboring town. I'm asking $5000, but willing to work with buyers. I uploaded pictures. The power plant's in the way of a new highway which you can see in the background. I don't really need it anymore, since I built the nuclear plant and don't want to just tear it down and forget about it. Message me, mail me or reply to this thread if interested! The building had a 2 stack pile of coal blocks beside it, but I scavenged them for the 1/3 scale Aon Center I recently finished in Bertigstadt. If you have unused coal blocks laying around, this is an excellent way to put them to use ! I'm a well known builder in ECC, check the pictures threads for other examples of realistic structures I've built. Thanks for looking! Hey Chloe, I'm not sure if u got my pms, the building's in Bertigstadt. There's a portal in the Rising town spawn on the 5th floor, blue ring by Viviville. To get to the building, follow Second Street to Main Street and go left, keep going until you reach Marquette Lane and go right. The last road on the left will take you right to it.
I tore it down to finish the highway, sorry Steve. I kept all the materials that were in it separate from my other stuff to still rebuild it. I have a duplicate in my personal test world if you'd still like it!
I'll be on most of the day tomorrow to build the power plant if you still want it, probably starting around 9:30- 10:00 Eastern Time
