Announcement!​

I am pleased to announce that financing will be available in Coalcity (although the town is still under construction -.-). Financing will mostly be helpful to builders. You will now (if you choose to) be able to use financing for the plot you buy meaning that you will pay money over time for you're plot instead of paying it immediately.​

Rules/guidelines for financing.​

When financing you will be paying a different amount of ecodollars depending on what size plot you purchase.
Based on the size of the plot, you will be paying a different amount of money a week for several weeks. You can pay any amount that you want a week as long as it's reasonable. You must pay at least once every week. If you did not pay the required amount you will lose you you're plot. If you choose to finance please follow our rules/guidelines. ​

Sizes and prices of plots.​

10x10 - $650
15x15 - $1500 (Decreased by $500!)
20x20 - $3500 (Decreased by $500!)
40x40 - $5000 (Decreased by $5000!)
NOTE: All plot sizes can be purchased with financing.​

 

I would like a few co-mayors Coalcity. The co-mayors will have much control and have a big responsibility in the town. In order for you to apply for co-mayor, you should be a member of Royal Praetorian Sanctum (RPS) that is owned by player Xacheiree. Although you don't have to be a member of RPS. I will make the decision mainly based on how well your application is. If you would like to apply for co-mayor of Coalcity, press select all and make your application.

Coalcity is now selling insurance!​

Inactivity Insurance​

Cost: $750​

About: At Coalcity, we give each and every member one week and three days to be active in the server or else we will demolish there house. Although now you can buy Inactivity insurance which pushes your ten days to thirty days! This goes perfectly for members that are looking to go on a vacation that may last up to a week or longer.

Griefer Insurance​

Cost: $1500​

About: When there is a grief on someones house, we may or may not choose to ask for rollback. If the rollback is not accepted, then I will personally myself fix the damages for you! NOTE: I will only do this if rollback is denied.

Announcement!​

We are no longer going to use financing! This is because many users in Coalcity have been abusing the financing power. This is only temporarily until we can find a better way to use this system. Thank you.​

 

Update on the rules: Height limit is now 100 blocks high. This rule has been added because we have some plans for putting something in the air. It may soon even go lower in height limit, but that is unlikely.

 

I am getting tired of people not obeying the rules! I have had to kick several people from the town for building outside of there plot or making it ugly. Sometimes it may be both. Make sure that you understand that rule otherwise I will tear down your house and you will lose everything you had from it.

Also, we may be changing the town a bit. So some players have a possibility of losing there plot. I will keep you posted about this. Note: If some people lose there plots, you will get a free one when we are done.

 

Starting to evict inactive users now as well.

 

Update on rules: You can no longer build basements! If you have a basement already, you are not required to destroy it, but we hope that you do. Otherwise just make sure that you don't make a basement.

*EDIT*: If the current basement that you have doesn't meet my approval, it will be destroyed. If the basement goes outside of your plot, you will be evicted. Any new making of basements will result in the removal of the basement, and if it goes outside of your plot, you will be evicted. Just as simple as that.

 

Unfortunately, the town has become very ugly. Mainly because people of the town have been trashing it. There are many houses that just look plain ugly and people have made random stuff underground that lead to the above ground. I will not tolerate it any more. I will start to evict users that are ruining the town, now.
