Ladies and gentlemen, I implore you to contain yourselves as what you are about to read may unravel the very fabrics that hold together that delicious pink thing in each of your heads. You guessed it, I'm selling another house, and this one's even cooler than the last, which was a pretty awesome house. This one just happens to be the best import since Brazilian super models because it comes straight from Outerlocal's town, Caprica. Now you're probably all like, "Wait, a Caprica mansion AND a beautiful ski resort town? That seems too good to be true." Well guess what, IT'S FO REAL DAWG. I even have pictures to prove it.

Nestled right at the base of Echo Mountain Ski Resort, this marble masterpiece is the most luxurious of the town.​

The front entrance amplifies the house's prestige, as well as the prestige of the owner. And don't worry, we gave Outerlocal plenty of credit for the design.​

This two story piece of architectural grandeur is simple, yet sufficiently structured and superbly symmetrical for those of you who look for that in their houses.​

Lastly, a full-quartz basement complete with a kitchen, TV room, and bedroom. Great place for parties which happen regularly in Machiavellia. ​

The Neptune House (as I have named it) is currently on sale for 30k starting price. The home includes a free cooking chest, added into the price already. You'll also get all the things I promised in the earlier thread plus perms to Machiavellia, the first ever ski resort town on ECC. ​

Lastly, the house isn't 100% finished yet. I intend on building a swimming pool/deck area, a privacy wall surrounding it, and a pathway leading to it from the town's main street. You should hurry and buy now before I do that because once it's done, the price is gonna shoot up. Those are pretty cool Jazz, but unfortunately all three are only concepts and probably haven't been made in minecraft. Please, if you would, only reply to this if you're interested in buying or want to compliment me on my superb writing skills.

Now you can have your very own special path leading straight from Machiavellia's Midway Boulevard. A beautiful quartz gate arches over the path and connects the brand new privacy wall, a stone and glass structure specailly designed to keep out unruly neighbors. ​

My favorite part, the backyard. A luxurious pool, lit with glowstone, acts as the center of this magnificent work of decadence.​

In the corner stands a quaint outdoor bar which you can use to sell food and drinks to guests when you have all your epic pool parties. Over in the northeast corner of the property is an artificial spring which seems to flow water straight from the mountain into the pool. ​
