It's definitely a very convoluted story, but the overall thoughts I got from the piece are the following:
1) We are just now realizing how very vulnerable we really are.
2) There's no good solution, the problem seems as though it's just going to continue to get worse.
Not exactly the happy fun time news. But it's important, especially for online services like ECC. -
