Announcing the soon to be open ECC EcoMall (/warp ecomall)! The ECC EcoMall is a privately owned mall that is built on a 200x200 town plot, and will be priced to ensure that you can find lots of shopping here. I do not market well, so here come some facts for you:
I do not have an opening date just yet, but believe we will be open before Christmas depending on my contractor. And while I don't have all of the details, there is one aspect that I would like to bring to your attention now:
The ECC EcoMall will have 3 stories, and on the 4 corners of each floor, there will be a 30x30 anchor store! That's right, if you meet the requirements and agreements, then you can have a 30x30 shop in the ECC EcoMall as one of my anchor tenants.
To aquire one of the anchor shops, you will have to meet the following requirements:
1. Agree to all mall rules (to be announced soon).
2. Pay a $5000.00 non-refundable deposit that includes your 1st week's rent.
3. Pay $2000.00 a week rent.
4. Agree to a minimal 3 month lease (sorry, no long term discounts, rent is low already).
The first 12 people responding to this post with "I want an anchor store!" will be given the opportunity to secure one of the 12 anchor stores once the rules are announced. Unless specified otherwise, 1-4 will get 1st floor, 5-8 will get 2nd floor, and 9-12 will get third floor.
All shops and kiosks will get 1 week rent free to setup your shop. You can decorate as you like within the soon to be announced rules.
We will be having smaller shop sizes and kiosks available, and residents will get a special rate on the kiosks (but not the regular shops).
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to seeing you at our grand opening in a few weeks. More information will be posted as the build is finalized, and I'm more confident of the configuration, and have finished the rules.
(A more formal post will come soon, this is to allow those considering a 30x30 shop a chance to do so).
/regards
Torzon

Goodluck with it all. Have had a look around at the foundations and am liking what I see so far.
I do believe your current $3,000 a week should be thought about due to you essentially competing with spawn shops. We've spoken in game about this though :) -

The Eco Dollar Company will gladly buy and operate a 30x30 shop and maybe more smaller ones when ever the ecomall is complete.

I would like to have an anchor shop please on the first floor.
-
Awesome! I will be opening the anchor shops earlier than expected, as there's no reason not to, and some have expressed an interest in opening before XMas. I'll be posting the rules later tonight or tomorrow so this can happen.
-
EcoMall Rules:
- No swearing and no griefing.
- Stay in your plot. No structural changes are to be made to the mall itself.
- Don't change any block that isn't yours.
- No breaking any server rules.
- No selling or subleasing your shop. If you need out of your lease, speak to Torzon or Joshuwat.
- Maximum of 2 Obsidian blocks per shop.
- If you are offline more than 14 days, you will be evicted.
- Missing 2 weeks of rent results in eviction.
- Rent is due on Monday of each week. Pay using the sign at your shop entrance.
- If you are evicted, all shop items become the property of EcoMall.
- You may build as you see fit in your shop.
- Welcome aboard!
I still do not have the smaller shops ready nor the pricing, but it will be less than 2000.00 a week :). In the meantime, for those who have not come out to /warp ecomall, here is a screenshot :) (still under construction):

I may be interested in a 1st floor anchor store. :)

Fury,
Yes, as stated above, those who meet the requirements listed, and post here first, will get the first shot at anchor stores. You are currently the 4th person in line for a 1st floor anchor store. I'll be posting the rules in a bit, and should be able to allow the anchor stores to start building out today if you chose to do so. -
Block,
Great! Right now, you are either the first 2nd floor potential anchor store, or if one of the other 4 elect not to sign a lease, you will be in line for a 1st floor anchor store. Of course, the first 4 people have the opportunity to move to a different floor if they choose (first come gets first choice!). -

I'm intrigued with this idea. I wouldn't mind having a shop of my own, I've never had one before.

That's awesome! If you're unsure of it, or if you aren't going to have a large stock, then one of the smaller shops or kiosks that will be announced soon would be a fairly inexpensive way to get started. Then, if you really like it, you can move into a larger store. It's your choice of course, but I would welcome you as a tenant in any size shop you desire.

That's lovely. One question though, when the small shops/kiosks are open how much will they cost?
