    I am glad that you filed a complaint to help improve the community here on EcoCityCraft, and after reviewing the correct screenshot you sent me in-game, I have decided to leave the user with a minor warning to watch his wording. While any user can get in the moment for winning a large lotto like he did, there is no reason for him to say anything with that wording. Also, please remember in the future that you can use the "/ignore name" command to suppress messages from users that you do not want to see.
