Felon Username: 98brando Complaint: User has, with intent to annoy/grief, placed locked signs just outside of godtown's border. The sign content is not the issue, more the context behind the placement. User has refused to remove them. Evidence: Additional Information: As co-mayor of godtown, I felt that I could difuse the situation and ensure a resolution between all concerned. While I failed, I now find myself in a strange situation, and I feel it best that I report it, so that other, less interested parties, may affect the outcome without bias. This town was sold. While it was in transition it was agreed from the original owner and the current owner, that all existing homes and members would remain. After the ownership was fully transferred evictions and demolitions could begin. User in question was present for this conversation which took place in local chat. When asked to remove the signs, via in-game mail, the user responded back to me in PMs, claiming ownership of the plot, stating how much they had paid for it. I advised that any plot refund should be directed back to the original owner who had sold it to them. User claimed ownership of the home built on that plot. However, after discussion with the current ower, there was no viable solution to give them the home. User has been disrespectful, has taunted us with the fact these signs are in the wild and therefore cannot be LWC removaled away, and has also formally complained about the new owner, though no rules have been broken in the topic of this complaint (http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=122&t=30299).
User will be informed and warned about the following rule: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index. ... Presidents The signs were placed outside of town boundaries, so there is nothing we can do about them. He is free to place locked signs wherever he wishes, as long as they do not contain any vulgar or inappropriate language. Locked.
