Additional Information: The user was upset because I did a town eviction (NeonSprings Eviction Notice posted below) and he had his stuff removed.

After thorough revision of the evidence provided which, I must add, lacks timestamps, and after reviewing the Mass Eviction notification thread where @_John_Galt was tagged (tag from which he must have gotten a notification) I'll be issuing @_John_Galt a stern warning for Vulgar language usage and harassment after being asked to stop in an appropriate way. @MochoCrap issued the 7 day warning as dictated by our Server Rules, Section 5 - Clause 3 Seizure of Property, for the resident of the town Neosprings to retrieve their belongings, so it was @_John_Galt responsibility to contact the @MochoCrap in case he needed a time extension. Locked - @_John_Galt issues a warning via Forum PM for Vulgar Language and Harassment
