Additional Information: he is doing it so he can make me cry because he is richer than me and at school he always come and insault me -

The screenshot does not show that he is swearing and cursing at your brother. It only shows the user that you are complaining looking at you. If you come up with better screenshot as evidence, feel free to make another complaint. With this complaint, though, nothing can really be done.
