Complaint: Using bad language and deliberately trying to bait me to reply in negative manner

Additional Information: soon as he started using bad language i told him he is now on my ignore list
basicly he wanted me to wager 100k exp prices wont hit 1.5k at end of month i told him i would not wager that much and to just wait and see that was his reply, he is now on ignore list and would like to see him warned that it is inappropriate to use such language againts other users
