Correct me if I'm wrong, but using other languages other than english is totally legal.
About the swearing...was he directing it at another user? If not, there is really not much going on here.
Also, jets, please don't comment in the Ban Appeals/Complaints section unless you really have something helpful/constructive to say.

Directed at a person?
If it WAS directed at a person, that would be punishable.
If it wasn't, was there a reason he was doing so? He must have had something happen to him, or someone griefed his house. Something like that. But anyways, I wasn't on, so I wouldn't know the FULL detail of what happened. I think a check at the chat logs would help give a reason why he did this. But the next time he's on, I'll have a staff member talk to him, if possible.

 

Well your first part is not true, he joined the server, 10 seconds later F*** you, this is no excuse in my mind, and should be punishable. I asked him if there was something wrong, response was what stated above. D:

 

Though speaking another language may be legal, users need to speak English as we do no have Staff that can speak every language.

The swearing looked directed at someone - Whether one person or everyone in global.

we will keep an Eye on the player if it happens again it will be delt with. Most likely the player just came on to do that and leave.
