Additional Information: I do realise this user is banned, but it was his responsibility to pay the loan off. However, I do not wish for time to be added to his ban, as I know he had the intention to pay the loan off. I wish to give him a few days to pay the loan off. I'm just posting a complaint to make it official with a mod's word in on it.
