    You can closed this case, but I will make a new one on October 11th. I think this is unfair, if him don't be banned I will probably leave ECC forever.

    Alright the link works now, and as it stands the last confirmed date of payment was October 11. Post another complaint after the date and we will take a course of action depending on the circumstances then.
