Also, I have not added anything to the sign, so the 320k is just what remains from the 370k. Note*** Due to this loan not being paid back as expected, I was unable to pay back a loan that I owed, which has put me in a very inconvenient position.

I was not able to pay back this payment plan because Tdogg120 also did not return the 300K that hes supposed to be returning within this period of time. If he had returned this money on time I would be able to return the full amount as well.
I have accidentally /clear the sword because one day while I was farming someone said about it and I didn't know what it does, I thought it might clear the chat, but instead it cleared my whole inventory of melons and the sword, including 4 nstars. I had tried my best to get the money back but I dont have enough time. Can you extend the deadline and maybe talk to the other loan person?
If that is the case, why did you /mail me saying you can easily pay me back by the deadline the last time I talked to you?
I did not say I can EASILY pay you back, I said I think I would be able to farm the rest, but the second (or maybe the next day) day I /clear the melon sword because, i already told you why, I saw someone saying it and I didn't know what it does, I thought it might clear the chat, as it did on an old server I use to play, and /clear'ed a full inventory of melons and the msword, plus 4 nstars. I just saw Tdogg120's ban appeal that he will get the 300K on time before Feb 25th, can you extend the deadline a bit?

I don't like that idea. I want the money from the person whom owes it. (whether it be you who actually puts it in the sign or him) on paper it needs to be him who owes me the money.
Please make a plan for repayment. You will be given 24 hours to decide what you guys want to do. If not, JimmyZ0811 will be banned for a breach of contract and David_Torento will not get paid back, which would make his future on ECC unclear. Thank you.

(meaning for the first two weeks you made no attempt to make payments even when I /mailed you to do so.)
