Using inappropriate language/spamming, and being extremely racist to others.

While I was at my home farming many players were saying the words "Racist" and "Hitler" in global chat, I asked xTikipsycoguyx what was going on and he messaged me saying Ct22122 was spamming the phrase "I hate jews" at the spawn. I wasn't there at time to take a snapshot of him being racist to others, but I do have evidence of him using inappropriate language and spamming.
