Felon Username: Dannik98 Complaint: Dannik98 was selling 45 mossy cobble stone in /ch auc for $40. I was the only bidder. He said "sorry," canceled the auction, and then later told me he received a higher bid from another user in a pm. I confronted in game mods about this, they notified dannik that it was against the rules, and he said "sorry ive only been here for 4 days" or something along the lines of that. I asked him for the 45 mossy cobble that were supposed to be mine, and he just did not comply. I have a lot of screen shots documenting the whole thing that i will attach a link to. Evidence:http://imgur.com/a/po1z2 very detailed screen shot album with 1 picture order mistake that is mentioned. the pictures are ordered in chronological order Additional Information: i know its only 45 mossy cobble which is worth not even $150 ecodollars, but dannik was breaking the rules and that was not okay with me on a moral standpoint. i do not wish to get him in any sort of trouble, i just want him to know what is right and what is wrong and if he chooses to not pick the right path, then i would like to see him be reprimanded.
Thank you for taking the time to post this complaint. I just wish to also thank you for following and making the complaint very easy to follow. You are right when you say that we do not allow people to take bids from pm and that you cannot 'cancel' an auction because the price you are getting sees you at a loss. It is an auctioneer beware scenario. This being said this user is a new user and is his first offense so will get away with this with only a warning. However I will be giving him a stern talking to especially for his last flippant remark when you asked for the other buyers IGN. Thread closed. User to be warned.
