Also let me point out it says he will move all of the stuff, including yours, to a safe location which he failed to do for 2 years. Why would I be penalized for him not holding up his end.

You weren't meant to touch them, if he missed a lock or two then you had to contact him to move them. He said he would move locks and he did. But he missed some and instead of contacting him to remove them you did it yourself, thus breaching the contract.-

I just want my ownership back. -
Alright then, let's move a step forwards.
@Harryhaz1 , why didn't you remove Nickla's locks to a safe place? -
If Harry didn't have perma to sell the town shouldn't you be filing a complaint on him?..
Furthermore, if we suppose that Dgam did breach the contract the town will not come back to you since the contract states of the payment isn't received then Harry would become owner again. -

Howdy!
Okay, instead of boring everyone with a wall of text. let's have some nice friendly dot points summarizing my position.
- Although i remember little about that contract, i wouldn't have edited to terms unbeknownst to you dgam because i know i wasn't that much of a raging asshole.
- At the time of making that contract, I believed I had permission to sell the towns, but to protect the chests that nickla had.
- I may or may not have moved some of the chests, thus nickla's claim of 'yo dawg he probably missed one' is at least somewhat substantiated, but to be frank I can't remember
- To my knowledge neither Dgam nor Nickla made any attempts to contact me in relation to this issue prior to this complaint
- I currently have 0 LWC's so yeah... I certainly don't have it now

We've come to the conclusion that if the contract has been breached, the breach would have to be reported by Harry as nickla is not a party to the contract.
If harry wants to pursue this he can in a new complaint. It's worth noting though, no matter how it would work out Dgam would retain ownership of the town.
