Felon Username: DPixalate Complaint: I payed the user DPixalte $45,000 eco dollars to donate for the $15 water donation feature for me, however once the money had been sent and donations processed it appeared they hadn't donated at all and had just taken the money. He says in 1-2 days, these screenshots were made yesterday, you should wait untill tomorrow night. I got scammed too, make sure you only donate at trusted players.
from my own experience, it can sometimes take a day or two for funds to clear through paypal depending on the payment option. @DPixalate - do you have a payment confirmation reference#?
Xray things such as CJB are allowed, for example, Xray is built in CJB, hence the Coords, if he xrays, he'll be banned. Please keep it to helpful comments regarding the complaint only please. I have contacted the user in-game, telling them to respond to this thread.
Ok thank-you. And regarding the x-ray comment, x-ray is disabled on the server so even if I did want to x-ray I wouldn't be able to.

Ok, there is one thing in the user's resident application ,where it says "how did you make the funds", it has no mention of receiving money from donations...

Donations haven't been processed yet, they should be processed within the hour, if you havn't gotten your donation by the end of today, post a second complaint please.
