    Additional Information: he was a co-mayor of my town and wants to be reinstated it also appears that his wtc654666 is banned, and i believe he is dual accounting, i had spoken to revanrose6 about this in game, in which she told me to file the complaint

    Yes, I agree that he has dual accounts. He recently also pm'd me that say hi, I'm wtc654666. He said that his account was banned, so he had to buy an account. He used a friends account. It was because he begged that friend for 5 days. So he spammed, i saw him spam and he got banned.
