Felon Username: eben48 Complaint: I recently bought a locker in Gigacity off eben48 with cracker228989. He told us that he would gives us perms for a short time to edit the locker but he would not give us permanent perms there. I have a sign with money in it along with other valuable possessions in the locker. I am wanting perms to remove them but eben48 keeps ignoring me and wont let me get my things. After obtaining my possessions I am happy to use it without having perms. Evidence: The locker me and cracker228989 bought off eben48 is located at these coordinates: X: -14,624 Y: 34 Z: 14,025 Additional Information: I had recently been kicked from eben48's farm [Gigafarm], but was given no time to collect my things and my perms were removed immediately. eben48 did not want to give me a chance to collect my things and ignores my Pm's. I really hope we can work this out I paid 10k for farm perms and 12k for the locker and id really like to fix this issue. Thank you for your time. block_crusher
eben48 please provide evidence of a 3 day warning for this player. Seeing as he was not banned for grief he has the right to remove his items.
You should still have access to your chests. I'm co mayor so I can give you access to your trade signs. Contact me in game and I'll add you temporarily to remove your things.
Even without perms you can still retrieve your things because chests do NOT require perms to be used. If ANY attempt at communication was made to reclaim items or possessions that required perms i would have happily given them, but there was none. Also since short is a relative term and on more than one occasion you were given perms i fulfilled the agreed upon time necessary for you to edit or remove things from your locker. You also were well aware at the time of purchasing the locker that you would not have constant perms to the area you were in so why would you place valuables that require perms to be retrieved if you knew your perms would be removed. So the ONLY thing in there you need perms for is your money sign which like i said i would have been happy to give you if tried at all to communicate with me. Another detail is the fact that none of your locker is in gigafarm so your removal of perms there is completely irrelevant. I also have not been ignoring your pm's because there have been none to ignore and i told you exactly what terms were to be met for perms bask to gigafarm so that is also irrelevant.Either i or thomasku11 will personally observe you removing your items and then you will not have perms to that area again. I am however allowing you to continue using the area as a storage locker because you did spend your hard earned money on it.I feel this entire complaint is due to the recent events regarding block crusher and gigafarm that caused him to feel negatively towards me. If you would like to solve this privately i would be happy to talk but using a complaint is NOT the correct medium for it. I hope this resoles the issue and we can all move past this. Okay so I did ask you if I could remove my things. I even asked revan to ask you. You ignored us both. It is in gigacity. Don't make it sound like I'm the bad person here. I tried to contact you and ignored both revan and myself. revanrose6 suggested that it was time for me to make a complaint.
I've been in game this entire time. Just pm me I'll add you so this can be resolved. There's no reason to drag this out anymore.
