Complaint: Ed wanted to sell me a hotel in Luigi. I agreed to take a look and I bought it for 5k. Ed promised me though, that I would be able to rent out and sell rooms in the hotel. After I paid him the money, and I asked him when his mayor would come online to grant me Manager rights to add Residents, he simply said I couldn't get it.

Because of this, I asked my money back. He refuses.

Beacause I bought the hotel with the promise that I would be able to rent out the rooms, and this is not the case, I would like to have my money back atleast.
