Would you please tell us your side of the events?

 

ok icondigi was auctioning off a silk touch pick axe and it had other stuff on it too. I asked if i could trade him 10 nstars and 20 mycelium and he/she said sure. i had my valubles chest on the donation thing so he could see. he told me to fix the chest and he would ge tthe pick. i waited for him to leac\ve but he didnt so i proseded with making it locked. while i was waiting he kept opening the chest and colsing it and opening it. I thing he was waiting for the right moment to take my stuff. And he did right befor i could lock it. He took my diamods andemeralds and all my valubles. all that was left was mycelium and my hemate

 

he never gave them back. he even tryed to steam my friends' horses and he brought partyman909 to help him take the hourses. he claims i sold them but i never did

 

oh and i didnt sell him a bock and qiull I never did that
that was a fake
he handed me that book after he stole it from me
it was in the news shop at my town and he stole it
he never had the book befor and the part where i say "yeah that" that was for when he asked me if it was the book and i replaied yeah that

On the topic of the complaint, myself and a number of other staff are looking into a few particulars of the situation, and I ask for the patience of both parties while we reach a resolution

At the request of the staff in this situation, I have gone through the logs and determined that I have no idea what was going on or what anyone was agreeing to with any of these transactions. It looks to me that icon is trying to make a clear trade, but engineer is asking for many things, and seeing as engineer said "yeah that" literally one second after Icon typed the agreement, I have a hard time believing that it was in direct response to the statement above it. Also I see about 5 different quantities of netherstars mentioned at different times and it's impossible for me to tell if there is an actual agreement and if both parties agreed to it and meant it at any point in time.

Icon, if you would like a replacement book and quill, please contact me and I will happily provide you one of my own. Otherwise, I'm calling this no action taken as I am unable to determine where the actual agreement is. It is highly advised to make sure that both parties are 100% aware of and agree to a clearly laid out transaction agreement before following through with any part of it.
