A week past and he hasn't paid me yet. He told me he was broke and he would pay me back ASAP. Another week pasted and he finally pays me. The contract says that he would pay me extra money per day he didn't fulfill the contract.
well as my counter reason on the contract it did not state how much i would have to pay if i was late so there for i really don't have to pay any other fee's
But it said that you had to pay a late fee, not the amount, so you technically still have to pay me something.

In that case, since you cannot prove he paid late, there is really nothing I can do. You both agree that he already paid the 30k back, so I will be locking this complaint. No rules broken. Complaint locked.
