    Hello,

Do you have any screenshots of you paying him the money?

Fotballpay1 is banned for loan scamming ATM. He has a appeal up ATM and you can probably talk to him if/when he gets unbanned.

Unfortunately not. This is my first time giving out a loan, and I thought that a contract would suffice. This is what thomasku11 told me. Unfortunately, I didnt not realize that I would need a screenshot of me paying him. I do not want to go at if from this angle, but I am desperate for my money back. Therefore, I have to state that my contract states that he will pay me 150k by november 16th 2013. He agreed and those were my conditions. Therefore, in my opinion, it does not matter if I payed him, as he agreed to pay me back 150k by November 16th 2013. Although, honestly, I payed him the 100k. ECC is the first server that I have played on, therefore, I do not know the in's and out's of this game. Thank you for your consideration though, and thank you for making this server great! (even if this is the second time I got scammed lol).

I understand your arguement, and to a point, agree with it. However, we hold everyone to the same standard of evidence when it comes to a loan arrangement, both in-game and by forum contract. If we are to enforce fotballpay1 to pay you back, we need the proof that you upheld your end of the deal as well.

The rule is found here, and states:
Section 3 - Economy and Transactions
Clause 1 - Safety and Responsibility
When it comes to trades, whether it be an item for item trade, an item for money trade, a money for server trade, or any sort of trade, there is a responsibility all parties take in participating in these trades to collect appropriate evidence in case something goes awry.
The main types of evidence needed to prove that a trade has gone wrong are: Proof of agreement (where the trade is stated and agreed upon by both parties) and the payment (where the payment is sent or received by one party.)
Contracts can act as proof of agreement, but in all cases, proof of payment is also required.
There is a forum thread, and a wiki tutorial on what proof is needed for screenshot evidence.
All parties involved in the trade understand that it is not the staff’s responsibility to return their money should they be scammed, and that in most situations, any money scammed will be lost. Users participate in trading at their own risk.
Always proceed with caution. If you do not think a user is trustworthy, or believe he has reason not to be, check the ban appeals and complaints section by searching their name.

Due to lack of evidence this complaint is dismissed. You may refile if you find new evidence which supports your claim.
